Sid: Well, my guest Jean Blasi is a woman that was so sabotaged, I mean at age 8 she lost her father mother, her siblings, she had three adoptive parents. When she was born her mother was thinking of aborting her, I mean she should have been in totally sabotaged, she couldn’t live a normal life, she had so much rejection, so much fear, she was afraid of everything. And literally Jesus revealed his love, she went through deliverance, was set free of these demonic strongholds. And just out of curiosity was it a major difference in your life after you had the encounter with the love of God, and then you were set free from those demonic strongholds?
Jean: There was instant difference in my life; the Lord could begin to move in arena and areas that he wanted to. A prophet was put right in my face immediately and that prophet said to me “God’s going to send you to the nations” and my head goes “Well, I don’t know how He’s going to do that because I had told my husband you will never get me on a airplane.” I probably would have had a heart attack I was so possessed with fear at the time, the control of fear. And after I did deliverance and received this word my head’s still going “Well, I don’t know how He’s going to do that,” but then my heart was going, “Yes, Jesus, I don’t care, anything You want because it will be You and me doing it, yes Lord.” And you know from a person who wouldn’t get on an airplane and so controlled by all this fear, these demonic spirits, the Lord has now had me minister to probably about thirty some nations.
Sid: That was one of the reasons you were sabotaged so that you could never fulfill your destiny.
Jean: You are right.
Sid: Now as a gifted concert pianist when you got into the church they wanted you to play songs that they didn’t even have music for, but you had an encounter that allowed you to play by ear. Now in the past you had an unusual gift of sight reading, but when it came to playing by ear you weren’t too good at that were you.
Jean: Absolutely not, in fact I couldn’t.
Sid: Tell me what happened.
Jean: Well, once I met Jesus I was just always wrapped in His presence because I didn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s not that I didn’t do other things I took very good care of my family and made sure their meals were there and the whole thing. But inside my spirit you can live in the presence of God at all times. And so I was having a quiet time just laying on my sofa, and all of a sudden I just see Him playing this nine foot black ebony piano that I had always wanted when I was doing concert work and He was sitting there and it’s so funny because I said, “Oh, Jesus You play too and then I just laughed, I thought oh that is so silly Lord I couldn’t play if You didn’t play. And then He said, “Get up and go to the piano. He literally gave me a classic version of “Something about that Name” and “To God be the Glory.” It was just awesome.
Sid: And since that point were you then able to play by ear?
Jean: Yes, I wouldn’t say that I’m still the world’s best, but I absolutely can play by ear.
Sid: Now you make a few statements that intrigued me and we’ll intrigued our guests, you intrigue through what you teach prophetic fishing, opening up the pipeline of His voice. Then you make another statement that intrigues me, Jean my people reason away, God made this to you, “Jean my people reason away more of the Kingdom than they every walk in.”
Jean: That’s true.
Sid: Comment about that.
Jean: Okay, one day I’m just, was just talking with the Lord back and forth. Which is a lot of times just simply his thoughts are yours and vice a versa, and I and He said to me, “Jean my people reason away more of the Kingdom of God than they ever walk in.” And I said, “What do you mean?” And He said, “I will tell them something I want for them or that I want them to do and they’ll go, “Oh, that couldn’t be, that’s just me that’s not God, that wasn’t Him I must have just thought that up.” And He said, “It’s gone, it’s evaporated, it’s gone.” I wanted to give it to them, I wanted them to do it, they missed the blessing of it and they didn’t get that portion of the Kingdom that moment.” And the Kingdom, you know what I love it about the Kingdom Sid because the word of God, Jesus said, “The kingdom is at hand.” And you can take that and literally say, it’s at hand, not a few years off, its right at your hand any moment you choose to open up and let God speak to you. The kingdom is right there and the power of kingdom’s there and it can happen right any moment any place that you are.
Sid: What do you do when you get a thought and you think to yourself, “Well, it might just be my thought?” What goes on inside of you when you get a thought now?
Jean: Well, I don’t bother to much, I’m not bothered with that too much anymore, there’s the law of use, the more you use something the more that you know that you’re familiar it’s God and you know it’s Him. I use to battle that a lot but do you know what I would say to the Lord, “Okay I have more faith in believing that was you and step out and do that than I do if I don’t. Late obedience is still disobedience, and so He always, He’s always there with us. He’s not there looking to see if you do something wrong, if you even have a heart to love and obey Him He’s going to back you up and He’s going to have the Holy Spirit right there and that’s pretty much what grace is and I blew it and He fixes it. And not on purpose but we blow a lot of things and here He is with His grace to fix it for us.
Sid: Now I of course I have a television show called It’s Supernatural, but God told you something about the word supernatural, explain.
Jean: Yes, one of the first instructions I had when He told me to go to my backyard He wanted to teach me about His kingdom, He said, “I want you to be super naturally, Jean I made you like I want you.” It’s not that He didn’t have to do some correcting but basically. He said, “I made you like I want you” and He said “I have people who will relate with you, I want you to be you; so I just want you to go when I tell you to go and I’ll be the super part.” So He said, “I want you to walk a super naturally walk, just walk every day with me, you be you and I’ll be Me in you.”
Sid: So, you’ll be the natural and He’ll be the super.
Jean: That’s right, correct.
Sid: Give me an example of one time that the super operated through you.
Jean: Well, I started to say the thing about when my husband died, but I have shared that but believe me it wasn’t because I did anything, I was on the airplane and God just, and you know, because I’m use to listening to Him and obeying Him He just stepped in and did His supernatural thing. I took teams into Bosnia during the last, part of the last war, I went in three times and there is no way that in the natural the incredible healings and life that came to these people. We simply took our bodies over to Bosnia and we listened to the Lord, we did what He told us to do. Through prophetic fishing we would just love, our gift was love, He said that we were going over there to love those people and we would just love them and the Lord would just get in the big middle of everything and just do incredibly supernatural things.
Sid: Give me one specific thing.
Jean: Well okay, there were children that were extremely traumatized. There’s tons of things that happen to children over in that…you know in the United States we whine and complain if we don’t have a Coke today or something. And these little kids have seen their daddy’s heads cut off, and they had to make them play soccer with their daddy’s head. I mean that’s a little more serious than we didn’t have a Coke today you know. I just say everybody needs to go overseas once. And here are these traumatized, they say we have brought you extremely traumatized children. So we’re just there and we’re loving them, and we’re singing, and we’re doing illustrated stories out of the Bible, not preaching just doing stories, kids like stories. And before that week was over the super natural part of us God had gotten into those children, healed them, delivered them, they were dancing, they were singing. They didn’t want us to leave, they’d grab our hands and dance with us. We were outside this building and all those were just dancing and full of joy, these little kids. They were so bowed over, so traumatized when they came in to meet all of us, and we met them, and that is absolutely supernatural intervention from God. And we were just people who went to love, we were super naturally.
