SID: Hello. Sid Roth here with Janie Duval. And Janie, we were talking about something happens to you when compose music. Tell me about it.
JANIE: You know, I’ve been getting into a love soaking, waiting on the Lord presence type of music.
SID: Explain when you say “soaking”, what do you mean?
JANIE: Well for me, you can sit there and soak. You’re listening to music and you’re just getting into God’s presence. You’re just focusing totally on Jesus on the throne, the throne room of God and you’re in His presence. You’re seated in heavenly places. And so you’re just letting the Lord minister to you and you’re actually becoming more like Him. When you talked about that love, fear leaves you. Anger leaves you. So no wonder you get healed. And for me, I love soaking. I love getting on the floor and just, God, filling me up with His presence.
SID: Well I personally, I sit in a nice comfortable chair. Whatever works. What I see it is, is like the parable of the five wise and the five foolish virgins, and the wise had oil, the foolish did not. This is what I believe, if you are wise, you are soaking in the oil of the Holy Spirit, and it’s almost like you’re being marinated in the Holy Spirit. I like that.
JANIE: And that’s what happens. You just start getting totally changed. And when people have heard my music, I like to write a music that is like a movie, like a symphony. And the interesting thing was when I was composing music just recently and it was for people to be healed, for people to be absolutely changed, I actually heard an angel singing. And then another time, okay, it was only the piano playing. I only had a piano and all of a sudden in the room there were other instruments playing. But then, I haven’t told you this either, I saw a vision of an angel playing an instrument at the throne room, and people were getting healed. Lives were absolutely changed. Every circumstance changed as people soaked in the Word of God, in the presence of His music. And another time in composing, just recently, I heard glass shatter. And so I ran out of the room.
SID: And what did that mean to you?
JANIE: I thought, what in the world is going on? So I ran out of the room, ran to my daughter and I said, what is going on here? She was looking at me like, what do you mean? The glass, all the glass shattering. I heard it even being swept up. This was going on for a while, while soaking in the music the Lord gave me.
SID: I know what it means. So I’m questioning you. Do you know what it means?
JANIE: It means absolute breakthrough.
SID: To you. But it means something else to me.
JANIE: I heard something else. What did you hear?
SID: Alright. There is a tradition when a Jewish person gets married, they take the wine glass, they each drink from the wine and then they put it on the floor and they smash the glass. It’s the consummation of the wedding between the groom and the bride. That’s what I’m hearing. What intimacy. I sense such a presence of God in the studio right now, that I want Janie to go to the music set and I’m going to go to the recording set. And get ready for a healing explosion in your life. You see, the water is stirring. An angel is stirring the water. And I have to tell you this. In eternity there is no time, not like this realm here. So when you pray, “by his stripes I was healed,” and mean it to the best of your ability, and six months go and it hasn’t manifested, and then you say, God, what’s the matter? Am I Swiss cheese? You don’t tell anyone else this, but inside you’re saying, God, but you’re telling God, God, how come I’m not being healed? Because there is no time. This is what God is hearing. I am healed. How come I’m not healed? I am healed. How come I’m not healed? No time, remember. Called double-minded. Without faith you can’t please God. I believe that as this music and the Word is ministered to you, get ready for the healing waters to flow.
