Sid: Now my guest is red hot for the Messiah, her name is Julie True. I’m speaking to her at her home in Franklin, Tennessee and I got a hold of her music. Every time I hear music that causes me to get closer to God, or they highest level of anointing I can find, and that’s the one that’s my personal soaking music right now. When you find out where this came from she was leading worship for someone that I’ve interviewed before James Goll. And he was actually doing a teaching series that then became an entire book. The teaching series was “Angelic Encounters.” And the whole circumstances, Julie as you explained it, just all fell in place to be an album but you didn’t use songs that other people had written, what kind of music did you use?
Julie: Well, we call it soaking music, or spontaneous songs which is where you are just singing in the spirit basically, singing from your heart in that moment what God is putting in your mouth and in your heart to sing. And so that’s what ended up feeling like that was what we needed to put on this CD. But we didn’t…
Sid: But that’s the whole thing that God is doing with the church and with His people rather than programmed same old, same old. We are relying more on the Holy Spirit, we’re on the edge and I love living on the edge because if God doesn’t show up I’m in big trouble. Do you feel that way sometimes?
Julie: Yes, and I mean that I was literally trembling for a lot of the time that I was singing these songs and I felt incredibly weak in my own self because I literally had no idea what was getting ready to come out of my mouth. And so it was very unsettling and yet once you start walking in that kind of place then everything else feels stale you know.
Sid: Yeah, everything else is religious is what it is.
Julie: That’s right.
Sid: Well tell me about I have your CD in front of me, it’s called “Healing Love.” And you call it interactive healing experience. Why do you call it interactive?
Julie: It really was part of an obedience thing where I felt like that it had been prophesized that this CD before it was even out would be an interactive healing experience. And it was also just kind of coming into and embracing of who I am and how God uses me in that I started realizing that for all of my history in leading worship my favorite thing has always been singing over people who are hurting. And just singing their heart and singing for you know, interceding for them and so it was like I just, I believe that they are going to actually not just sit and listen to a song but they are going to interact with the living God and in the presence of God as they listen to these songs.
Sid: Well, tell me about the section that we have right now called “You are here.”
Julie: That was being recorded and sung during a time when we were ministering, I was singing over people who were being prayed for. And the presence of God was so strong at that point of time that I literally felt like I was drunk, which I don’t know that sounds like kind of crazy but it was…
Sid: No, it’s not crazy it’s not without precedent because in Acts the 2nd chapter these Jewish people that were so filled with the presence of God were accused of being drunk. So I think that it’s the same Spirit.
Julie: Well, it was I mean it was just like being really really woozy.
Sid: Now had you ever felt like that before?
Julie: Well, I have, but I don’t think to that extent. This was a really special time of God’s presence and it was, it was really powerful, and it was just like being carried along by God without having any idea what I was going to say or sing or play or anything. But there was such a connection with the Spirit of God, and such a connection with the heart of people who were crying out to God that that’s the way that it came out.
Sid: Did James Goll have any prophecy over this music or over you that you can repeat?
Julie: Well, he’s the one; he’s actually the one that prophesied that this would be an interactive healing experience. He had never heard it wasn’t even finished yet, but he just one night he was praying over the team members and their Ministry Encounter Network, and he said that “That this CD was going to be an interactive healing experience.”
Sid: And what are your testimonies that are pouring in now?
Julie: I have had all kinds of things, there are massage therapist that have sent me testimonies of how they use it. You know some people just have a ministry with that where they pray over people and so they will play this music to usher in the presence of God while they are ministering to people through massage therapy. I’ve had people who have counseling ministries; one lady that told of how Jesus appeared and ministered to this lady, and healed a wound from her childhood while they played that, played “Healing Love.” I’ve had reports of deliverance from demons like radical kinds of deliverance.
Sid: How about the opposite where people perhaps have the deliverance from demons and all of a sudden they’re flooded with angels. Have you had any reports like that?
Julie: Yes, there was one girl she was living in a house that was a 200 year old house that had been used as a stopover point for slave traders back in the time of the civil war. She was living there with her son who was five years old at the time. And they were having demonic manifestations that were noises and they would hear talking and there was just a real assault going on especially with her son. And they started playing this CD 24 hours a day and you know that she was praying and declaring the life of God in that house too. But they ended up having angels flood the house and people would come and visit and say, “There are angels in this house, they’re angels everywhere. So we’ve had a lot of response about angels being manifested in people’s houses. One Pastor that uses it everywhere that he goes as a soaking time before he speaks because he has dreams and visions while he soaks to it.
Sid: Okay, now it’s time for you to soak to it but only a little bit. It’s called “You Are Here.”

Sid: That was “You Are Here” it’s one of the selections from “Healing Love” Julie True’s new CD. How long has this been out, this has been out awhile I guess Julie?
Julie: Well, it’s been about a year I guess.
Sid: Oh, I’ll call that new, it was certainly new for me. One of the things I understand is that parents find that babies love to sleep to this CD.
Julie: Yes, they’ve had many reports of children who won’t sleep unless they are playing this CD. We have even at our church we have just a real orientation towards soaking music even with children from the time they are very young. And so we have used soaking music where I would go in and do times with the five years olds and they would say, “I fell very sleepy.” And you know…
Sid: You know that’s what happens to me when I listen to it and I feel like I can move into a realm in the Spirit with this type of music that is going to open up visions and words of knowledge…
