Sid: We want everyone everywhere walking in signs and wonders to demand, and that’s the right word, to demand the ability to proclaim the gospel, that is God’s plan A. That is God’s only plan all the other things are manmade plans. I used to have debates between Orthodox Jews and Messianic Jews and God used them, but you know something one miracle at that debate would have tipped the scale. And my guest Reza Safa born in the Middle East, educated as a Shiite Muslim, normal here in the west we call it radical, his was just normal Islam. And Reza I know that God used you from the beginning in signs and wonders and that’s why your ministry is bearing so much fruit, I mean you said, “One hundred and eighty, just recently you got back from India and 180,000 Hindus came to the Lord, there were outstanding miracles of lame walking, blind seeing, large numbers of deaf being healed. And this is, this is I just talked about normal Islam, this is normal Christianity. Tell me what is faith to you?
Reza: You know faith is, faith is knowing the true God faith is walking with God; faith is knowing His word. Jesus said, “If My words abide in you then you abide in Me you shall ask whatsoever.” That’s faith, faith is the word and I become one. One it says by His strips we are healed that that becomes me; that becomes Him, not just a mental assent in my head but it’s in my spirit; it’s in my being. Jesus was like that; you know Sid Jesus walked on water as sure as you and I walk on the dry ground. When Jesus stood at the tomb of Lazarus He didn’t need to have a special faith because He knew His father would listen to Him because the word that I speak are not mine but the Father who sent me. In other words in John chapter 10 verse 49; in other words Jesus and God’s word were one. If that becomes, if God’s word become us then that’s faith, that’s walking in accordance to who God is in accordance to His word. We don’t need to have the special faith, when I go on a ground for six or seven or eight hours every day I fast and pray, pray in the Spirit and the Lord tells me. You know Jesus said in John chapter 5 verse 19 the Son can do nothing of Himself except that what He sees the Father do and so in like manner the Son does. And that the verse that I always can stand on, Lord I cannot do anything on my own but that which I see. So first night of the crusade of the crusade the Lord said to me He said, “Blind eyes are opening tonight.” So I stood up and said all the blind,” you’ll see in my video. Said “All the blind come up here, all the deaf people come up here.” So I put the blind in one special section up front and that night blind eyes, many blind eyes are opening tonight.
Sid: Reza you may not know this but I’m hearing you say, and you actually quoted the scripture Isaiah 53 says “By His stripes we are healed.” But the word in the Hebrew for stripes could easily be translated by fellowship with Him we are healed. That’s what I’m hearing you say Reza, you have intimacy with God and out of that intimacy with God all the promises of God become real.
Reza: Exactly. You know it’s becoming one with the word and once you become one with the word then you know I don’t need the special faith, I don’t need laying on of hands. It’s just that word, it becomes in me, it becomes incarnated in me and that’s what needs to be.
Sid: Okay Reza I’ve got your book here it’s called inside Islam and I believe every Christian that is listening to us right now must read this book because it’s a simplicity approach of totally understanding what a Muslim believes. How to communicate the gospel with Muslims; politicians are reading this book and as a matter of fact the gift of prophecy is flowing in you. And I’m not at liberty to say who but top, top, people in power in Washington, DC are actually asking you what you see about ready to happen in the Middle East, in the United States, and Iran, and Iraq, Afghanistan and recently God showed this to you. Would you tell me what you’ve been telling these very very prominent officials from America?
Reza: You know as a matter of fact I just had a meeting with the group of our officials government agency that one of the suggestion was that we discuss that bring a format, a form before our government that I advised that I put together and tell them about the mindset of what’s happening in the Islamic world. And one of these top agents asked me he said, “What do you foresee?” And I told him, I said that “The Lord has shown me that several countries will fall into the hand of the radical Islam; one would be Pakistan, one would be Saudi Arabia, and one would be Egypt. And I believe somehow the Spirit of God is holding that back because the number of the Muslims must come in. According to Joel Rosenberg Sid over a million Iranian have come to Christ since the broadcast began three years ago the satellite Christian broadcast. And so I believe God is visiting the Middle East through so many of them that are seeing Jesus through dreams and visions and dreams. And so I believe at the same time that Satan I operating in a greater scale in the Middle East; God is also raising a standard against it and we are seeing a tremendous revival there.
Sid: What do you foresee is going to be happening in Israel?
Reza: I believe that Israel will as it has been there stance that they will take a harsher stance against radical Islam. You know Isaiah tells us that Damascus will no longer be; now what does that mean? Now Damascus has been in existence for 3,000 years.
Sid: It means it’s going to be Nuked; that’s what it means to me if it’s no longer going to be.
Reza: See that’s what I foresee, I foresee that the conflict between Israel and America and radical Islam will come to a place where it will ended up in nuclear holocaust. And I believe that will open the way of hearts of many Jews. You know see I’ve been going to Israel for many years and just this last trip that I had one of the mayors off the Northern City asked me to come and hold a meeting in public place during their October fest and preach. I told them I’m a preacher, I’ll preach the gospel. He said ”You’re welcome to do that you know talk about your testimony, but be discrete.” In other words God is opening the hearts of …You know I set up my camera in the center of Jerusalem in the street where a lot of people come after Sabbath, and ask a lot of young kids about what they believe. I was amazed by the openness of the Jews of today other than any other time that I’ve been to Israel. So God is doing something special in the Middle East and really it’s exciting days.
Sid: Well, this is my experience and also my experiences that I have many friends that have Messianic Jewish synagogues in the land. They said “For the first time in the history of modern day Israel Sabras, that’s native born Israeli’s are coming the Lord every week, what does that mean that Muslims and Jews are all of a sudden coming to the Lord. What does that mean prophetically to you?
Reza: I believe it’s just a time of the coming of the Lord. You know before Jesus came His first time the Spirit of fire upon John the Baptist and when he spoke people, the Bible says, “People came from all around Judea, Jerusalem to be baptized and to listen and to be baptized and believe that same Spirit is coming is upon us. You know Sid, thousands of people call us on a weekly basis I get about 200 to 300 calls and emails where people say, “Pastor I sat there and watch you and I wept the whole time and I couldn’t get away from that TV; I lay my hands on that TV and God’s power went through my body and all kind of sickness, all kind of disease are getting healed there. People that have been drug addict for twenty years, twenty some years, are getting delivered instantly. It’s just that spiritual preparation of the second coming of the Lord. What James called it the precious fruit of the earth, and so I believe that’s what’s happening right now.
Sid: Reza on tomorrows broadcast if you pray for people what do you believe will happen to those that agree with you?
Reza: I believe that when I pray God hears me instantly, that’s what Jesus said, “You always hear me.” John chapter 16 Jesus said in verse 23 that “If you ask anything in my name my Father will do that so that the Son may be glorified.” I believe that the instant that I open my mouth in Jesus name I pray God hears me and if they agree with that, just like it happens in India. One night the Lord said, “Deaf people,” over 100 deaf people came up from and I don’t know how many of them got their ears, God opened up; just one testimony after another.
Sid: You didn’t even lay hands on them or did you?
Reza: On the deaf people I did, on the others I don’t I usually pray because there are so many of them, I pray a mass prayer; but on deaf people the Lord showed me that I need to lay my hands and stick my fingers in their ears. And so if people believe that and receive that…
Sid: Reza their faith is going to be so high because God Himself says “All things are possible to those who believe.
