Sid: You see if you study your scriptures there’s actually a spiritual DNA inside of physical Jews that is released when they become believers in Jesus. There is a spiritual DNA inside of the heart of every gentile when it’s released as they become believers in Jesus. But the Jewish believer in Jesus is incomplete without the spiritual DNA of the Gentile believer in Jesus, and the Gentile believer in Jesus is incomplete without the spiritual DNA of the Jewish believer in Jesus. For instance what’s in the DNA of a Gentile believe in Jesus? Roman’s 11:11, “Salvation is come to the Gentile to provoke the Jew to jealousy.” You see a Gentile is called by God supernaturally to reach Jewish people with the gospel. Now on the Jew I was just reading in Zechariah this morning, in Zechariah we’re told that “Ten Gentiles will grab hold of the hem of him who is a Jew in the last days and say “I’ve heard that God is with you.” Also have you read in scriptures “Salvation is of the Jew?” So the job of the Jew is to reach the Gentile, the job of the Gentile is to reach the Jew; when you put these two together you have the full body of Messiah, the full glory of Messiah and you can reach the world. I’s so simple you need help to be confused. That’s why there’s so many theologies out there called replacement theology where the church as replaced Israel. The Christians has replaced the Jew, why can’t we realize that God has got an orchestra with the greatest symphony in the world and each one of us has a part to play? We don’t want to replace one another. My guest was into replacement, his name is Dr. Hani Shahadeh; he’s from northern Galilee in Israel. He literally hated the Jew. Why? He was a minority in a Jewish land; he’s a citizen of Israel and although he was a Christian; although he comes from godly heritage of Christians he just couldn’t take it. He got to the point where he didn’t even want to read the Old Testament because it talked to much about Jewish people. But he was involved in an auto accident and he basically told God, “If I survive I’ll give my life completely over to you.” Well, the whole car was totaled, totaled, totaled and he walked out people would call it a miracle, without a scratch. And he honored what he said, he gave his heart to the Lord completely and he got involved with a liberal church; he still didn’t understand the Jew. But there was a meeting Hani that you were in one day; in this meeting it was in an evangelical church someone was teaching on how to, the message was “How to deal with your brother if he comes against you, if he annoys you; if he makes a mistake.” But something happened while you were hearing this preaching what happened
Hani: Yes, before I answer this I just want to say that when I got involved with a liberal church the thing that helped me a lot because the liberal church started to teach that there are other ways to salvation than Jesus Christ. And that you know is very much against the scriptures. I started to think whatever I was taught, whatever I accepted in the replacement theology is also not true but I couldn’t help it. I needed kind of a healing, I needed the healing hand of the Lord to be involved in this; I wanted to be different but I couldn’t by my own force, by my own self. So what happened as you mentioned I was sitting I a church and there was a preacher speaking about the relationship with your brother. All of a sudden I just saw that pulpit just becoming like a fountain and lots of waters are just coming through and it’s pouring into my heart and my whole being and I just couldn’t stop it and I thought, what’s going on here? And I became so hot and fire around me, but there is the water inside me with a joy and that joy was transferred to laughter, and this wasn’t silly laughter or mocking or being cynical it was a joyful laugh and I couldn’t stop. So I covered being a pastor you know everybody looking at you sitting in the front row and I was I covered…
Sid: Has this ever happened to you before?
Hani: Never, never, I was sad because of the conditions here the grudges of the people here, the grudges in my heart and so on. And something was healed, there is the greatest miracle after salvation; I was kind of cleansed from that and something called love that is not describable just poured into my heart. And I started laughing in joy and since that moment I also encountered the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the Lord released in my heart the greatest love for the Jewish people which my family used to have but I didn’t have. Or in one stage or another in my life I lost, but I didn’t only gain that I gained a special passion, a special love for the Jewish nation. And I believe totally that our mission here is going to be directed towards the Jewish nation soon and we will see people from the Jewish nation coming to the Messiah.
Sid: Well, you know when you were sharing that I happen to read this morning from the prophet Zachariah. In Zachariah 13 chapter the first verse it says “In that day a fountain shall be opened for the house of David and for the inhabitance of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.” And what you’re describing to me Hani is there was you saw a supernatural fountain spraying water, the Holy Spirit upon you. What effect did it have on your heart?
Hani: Yes, I said “Maybe I’m imagining things, what’s happening here, what’s going on?” I tried even to stop it being logical you know and…
Sid: Why didn’t you just stop the laughing?
Hani: I couldn’t, I couldn’t stop laughing, I couldn’t stop the joy, the people just noticed and I covered my head with my hands and the people thought maybe I’m getting emotional and maybe weeping; in the East we don’t mind a man cries.
Sid: But he can’t laugh. (laughing)
Hani: Not in a church, see what I mean.
Sid: Okay.
Hani: Especially when it’s, you know you might smile, you might laugh after a joke but not laughing all the time; it’s a long time; almost a half an hour. And then I started speaking in different languages and started to see the spiritual.
Sid: Was that the first time you spoke in tongues?
Hani: No, I did have an encounter before?
Sid: Okay.
Hani: The first time is something like an explosion inside you just coming out with a great authority and no more hatred, it binds you. You bind all the negative spirits and you see the power of love coming and this great love there is great authority with you.
Sid: What Hani is describing is what the scriptures say will happen in the Middle East, but I believe the rain is beginning to fall; I believe the rain is beginning to fall on Moslems, and on Jews to form the one new man. And we’re going to pick up here and find out about how the supernatural. I mean you literally can see in the spirit world and you have a pretty awesome deliverance and healing ministry as a result of this, but we’ll pick up there on tomorrow’s broadcast. Only heaven knows the number of Jewish people that have come to the Lord as a result of this. And it’s now in six different languages; it’s being distributed in the streets of Jerusalem even as we’re speaking right now.
