Sid: We want everyone everywhere to not be ashamed of what the Bible says about creation. And you must have the information that Bruce Malone is making available this week. Bruce you feel based on Bible prophesy what we see going on in the education system with a society that doesn’t believe in creationism, it’s all been prophesied explain.
Bruce: It has; this is an amazing time to be alive Sid. Peter, the Apostle Peter in 2 Peter 2:3 he made this statement he said “Scoffers will come in the last day.” Well, that ought to get our attention when it says “Last days.” What are the last days? And it says “These scoffers will have this characteristic.” They’ll walk according to their own lust saying “Where is the coming of His coming, things have gone on since our fathers have fallen asleep.” That’s the way modern science operates; everything happened way back in the past as if nothing has ever changed; it’s called uniform interiorism, then he makes two specific prophesies he said; “But they will willfully (purposely in other words) forget this by the word of God, The Heavens were made of old; the earth standing out of water.” That’s a direct reference to creation and that the earth that then had perished by water; a direct denial of a global flood. That’s exactly where we are today in our education system; for almost 2,000 years around the globe there had been a universal acknowledgment of a global flood. Every culture in the world had a story of a flood that has happened on this planet. And a universal acknowledge that there is something behind creation; creation did not make itself. And yet only in about the last 100 years ; I has our education system starting to promote an really strongly in the last 20 to 30 years. The only possibility is that the universe made itself and that there’s never been a flood. So we’re in what the Bible calls the last days and we need to be very busy to getting the truth of God’s word in front of other people.
Sid: Why is this so important? I had such an encounter with Jesus that I don’t doubt anything in the Bible; I don’t have any problem. But I’m surrounded with children and grandchildren that are being barraged with these views; I got to have the zingers as I put it. I love it; you have a book of 365 zingers. A family should be reading one every single day; give me one zinger.
Bruce: For instance, the DNA Code is a language; every definition of what is a language fits the DNA Code; it transfers information, it cause affects to happen; it’s got a non-repeated sequence of symbolic letters. There’s no way you can describe what a language is without it fitting the DNA molecule. You know Scientists have pointed telescopes at outer space for about 50 years looking for any non-repeated sequence of information coming from outer space and across the world if they found that “Dot-dot-dash-dash-dash-dot-dot-dat-dash” like Morse Code coming at them even if they didn’t understand the language every newspaper in the world say “Proof of Intelligence outside of humanity found.” And yet when they turn the telescope around and they look at every cell in every form of life in this planet they see exactly that same evidence and they deny that it’s proof of intelligence outside of humanity.
Sid: You know about a year ago when I was moving to Charlotte I went to a lecture by the Jewish Community and they had the leading Conservative Rabbi giving a lecture. And I could not believe my ears; this is conservative; these are people that supposedly believe in the Torah and he said “Oh the Book of Genesis we know that it really didn’t come from God.” I mean, to me I was in a state of shock when I heard that.
Bruce: Well, you just hit the nail on the head as to why this matters; this isn’t just a debate about science and what science can and cannot prove. It’s a debate about the trustworthiness of God’s Word. You know the fastest way to destroy a relationship is to destroy trust. When Satan came to Eve he said “Did God say that you’ll die if you eat from the tree of good and evil?” You see if you can’t trust God’s Word at the very beginning; if you can’t trust what it has to say about where things came from, when creation happened, where animals came from; about worldwide flood; why would we…. if we don’t believe it at the very beginning why would we expect the world to believe it when it talks about Jesus Christ and spiritual stuff and salvation?
Sid: What would you say to a high school student that says “Dinosaurs became extinct millions of years ago,” what would you say to them?
Bruce: I would say that is one area where the Bible shines in the truth of its reality. You see all of these cultures all over the world have the remembrance of dinosaurs. Evolutionist would say that they’ve been dead for 60 million years; mankind has never seen a dinosaur. And yet in Cambodia there is a carving of what is clearly a dinosaur in one of their temples. Down in Mexico they have pottery that looks exactly like dinosaurs. In Peru they have burial stones that show dinosaurs carved on to them. We have dug up dinosaur bones that are unfossilized up in the Alaska area and even in Montana unfossilized tissue. You see all of that makes sense if mankind has lived with dinosaurs it’s totally impossible if dinosaurs have been extinct for 60 million years. The evidence fits the Biblical prospective.
Sid: The Bible says that “It will be like the days of Noah before the Messiah returns;” why is that so appropriate today?
Bruce: Well, that’s interesting the disciples wanted to know. Jesus said “I am leaving to make a place for you and they said when are You going to come back?” That’s a quote from the chapter of Matthew where He’s talking about that. He says “As it was in the days of Noah so shall it be before the Son of Man returns.” What was really undeniably present at the days of Noah? There was an enormous vessel signifying a coming judgment standing in front of everywhere, a floating boat capable of holding two of every mammal, bird and reptile and amphibian on the planet.
Sid: Now how could a boat be large enough to carry… to hold so much like that so many animals?
Bruce: Because you can calculate how large a railroad stock-car is. You know how many reptiles have been alive and extinct on the planet and they would have fit into about 30 to 50% of the space on that boat. It was an enormous boat; it wasn’t built you know for any sort of a local flooding event it was built to preserve the animal life on this planet during a world restructuring flood. Anyway let me finish that question so here’s this monument to a coming judgment of God before all people on the planet at the time of Noah. Well, there have been multiple accounts of that arc is still present locked in the ice on top of Mt. Ararat and I’m aware of many expositions that have brought back samples of wood. I believe we are very very close to definitively proving and showing here is a boat that is big enough to hold every animal on the globe in 30% of its space 14,000 feet on a mountain above sea level. Once that’s found and shown to people all over this planet I believe once again it will be as it was in the days of Noah and we are very very close to the return of Christ.
Sid: Why is it very very important for every family listening to me to get your 3 resources?
Bruce: Because your children are being programed to disbelieve the Bible on their television programs; on movies and museums and in the newspaper. When they hear about millions and millions of year it says death and disease and bloodshed have been around for millions and billions of years a long time before mankind showed up. So it reflects on the very nature and character of God Himself. They need to know the truth and we as parents need to be giving them the truth.
Sid: Now the one recollection I have so vividly from elementary school is a chart showing the evolution of man starting with the ape and these pictures everyone has seen that. What would you say to someone that has seen that and believes it?
Bruce: I would say what you are seeing are variations of apes and variations of people. Just like the dog kind has enormous various everything from foxes to wolves to greyhounds to Danes people also have variations. You have Pygmies that are average 4′ tall and in same area of Africa you have Swahilis that have different amounts of brain capacities, different shaped heads. So evolutionist will just line up those variations that they find of people who have died and then been buried in those different rock layers during the flood and pretend it has been apes turned into people. But it’s just a misunderstanding and a misinterpretation of the evidence.
