SID: You know, it’s not just good music, even though he’s winning all sorts of awards for his music. It’s not that. It’s the anointing. People get delivered. Tell me about some of those set free of homosexuality.
EDDIE: A young man by the name of Kagen Wesley and the mighty move of God in Louisville, Kentucky, years being molested and raped by other men and just gave himself to that world. But through the power of the Holy Ghost he came to our service and God delivered him. He is one of the most powerful voices heard today.
SID: That’s normal. I wish you all were normal. Tell me about the person who was paralyzed from the waist down.
EDDIE: Okay. We do this song called, “Jesus Said It”, and it talks about [unintelligible]. We’re leading worship and while we’re leading worship, this gentleman I had known before he fell, he had fallen several flights of stairs, paralyzed from the waist down, came to the service that night and high praises in the house. He looks at his wife and said, “I can feel feeling, there’s feeling in my legs.” He had feelings in his legs. And so there’s an outbreak of praise. And then he gets up. He starts walking. He starts running. He starts taking that wheelchair and starts pushing it around the room and he lifts up that wheelchair. He was the Holy Ghost that day. It was crazy. Yeah.
SID: So a lady actually lost 200 pounds at once?
EDDIE: Yes. No, in the service that night. That’s documented. Yeah.
SID: You just heard it. Did you hear what he just said, 200 pounds in one service. Oy vey.
EDDIE: She got delivered from some kind of an issue in her body, and right there just 200 pounds came off of that woman. We were just worshiping. We weren’t laying hands or nothing.
SID: People healed of cancer, addiction, drugs.
EDDIE: Yes sir.
SID: Alcohol
EDDIE: Yes.
SID: Why is there such a strong anointing on you for people? Do they have much withdrawal?
EDDIE: Ninety-five percent of the young people that we touch, and adults, that get delivered in our services, no withdrawal. I’m talking about heroin, crystal meth, cocaine, crack, instantly broken off of people’s lives.
SID: Okay. Four inches short a leg. You really saw the leg grow out?
EDDIE: At the rim. Crazy.
SID: I’ll teach you. Meshuggah. That’s Hebrew for crazy.
EDDIE: Meshuggah. That sounds like something my grandmother would say, meshuggah. I tell you, it was powerful. It was powerful. I mean, it was just like this. And when they prayed for him I saw that leg come and my legs went crazy, too, when I saw that.
SID: Okay. I want you to go to the music set and I want you to get ready for something that is going to be one of the highlights of your life. Trust me on this. The song is called “Rua”, which is Hebrew for shout. And when Eddie finishes this song, remember what happened to the walls of Jericho when they shouted? Remember what happened to Goliath when David ran shouting towards him? That’s what’s going to happen to the walls in your life. You need a miracle. You decide what miracle you need, and when Eddie finishes that song I want you to shout for all your worth, and you are going to have breakthroughs. I tell you, breakthrough. Rua!
[music]
EDDIE: I come today if there’s a shout going on inside of you that will tear down the walls between you and your promise. I want you to stand up on your feet and I want you to put your hands together, and I want you to release that sound. I want you to release that shout that’s inside of your belly. It is time for the walls that stand between you and what God has promised you to fall tonight. If there’s a shout in your belly I want you to release that right now as we praise the name of the Lord. Come on, put our hands together and say, rua, rua, rua, shout a victory over the enemy. Rua, rua, the Jericho walls are falling. Say rua, rua, rua. Shout a victory over the enemy. Rua, the Jericho walls are falling. Come on everybody help me. Rua, rua, shout a victory over the enemy. Rua, rua, the Jericho walls are falling. Rua, rua, rua, shout a victory. Put your hands together. I raise it high unto the king. He is high. He took the keys [unintelligible]. He rules the power [unintelligible]. [speaking] Shout in your living room, those who are watching, shout in your kitchen. Victory is yours in the name of the Lord [singing] Rua, rua, shout a victory over the enemy. Rua, rua, Jericho walls are falling. Rua, rua, the Jericho walls are falling. Rua, rua, rua, shout a victory over the enemy. Rua, rua, rua. I lift a praise. I raise it high to the king. Do you believe he’s alive. He to the keys [unintelligible]. I lift the praise. I raise it high… [repeat]. Through Jesus I’m saved. Who is the king of glory. Rua. Who is your deliverer. Who is your savior. Rua, rua. The devil is defeated. I live to praise. I raise it high. To the king I declare Jesus is alive. He took the keys [unintelligible]. He rose his own power with Jesus I’m saved. Say rua. The devil is defeated. Rua! [speaking] Rua! Somebody shout a victory!
