Sid: The glory that Paul talked about that is supposed to be on the congregation it’s about ready to explode. My guests in the office they’ve been walking in it, Paul and Luanne Wilbur. We’re featuring his album it’s called “The Watchman” it was recorded at John Hagee’s church, live I guess.
Paul: Hmm, it was.
Sid: Tell me about this album. The Title “The Watchman” you spoke a little bit about it. What does this mean to you Paul, “The Watchman”?
Paul: In Isaiah 62 Sid the Lord speaks through the prophet and He says “I have placed watchmen upon your walls O Jerusalem. They will not be silent day or night, and of the Lord they’ll give Him no rest until makes Jerusalem a praise in all the earth.” When people think of a watchman Sid, they think of someone standing with a shofar, someone in ancient worship garb, but the Lord is raising up watchmen today; those who see what others cannot see. In fact, as we spoke yesterday it’s happening again today. God is raising up out of those who are listening today. He’s placing the anointing of watchman, those who can see. Does that mean they are prophetic? They can see the future, yes. It also means they can see and understand where they’re walking right now. It’s as if veils are parting before them; it’s as if a brightness is coming into their mind and their heart, they’re understanding. They say “Now I see.” They hear what others cannot hear; It’s happening for my wife and I in a very special way.
Sid: Luanne what is he talking about? He says it’s happening. What is he talking about?
Luanne: Well sometimes he’ll be on the telephone and talking to someone and all of sudden I’ll get a word from the Lord, and I’ll speak it forth in tongues; Paul always has the interpretation.
Sid: Yeah, give me an example.
Luanne: He was talking to a friend of ours in Chicago who was telling him that he was being tested for cancer. All of a sudden it just arose in me so strong, and I knew it was from the Lord. The Lord told him that he would be okay, and that he did not have cancer.
Sid: So Paul what were the results?
Paul: Well he had not only been diagnosed with cancer, but he was going back for treatment. I have to tell you Sid this is fairly new for my wife and I to operate in tongues and interpretation. This is not something we’ve done all of our lives. In fact, she’s now received the mantle of anointing that her father had; when I met her 30 years I knew I was gonna have to impress her dad. It’s just one of those things; she’s an only child, and she and her dad have this wonderful relationship. He is also now gone to be with the Lord. On our first date, I had just received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, we knelt down, now in my wife’s apartment to pray before I left to go to my apartment. I didn’t know what she was going to think coming from a Presbyterian background, but I just pray in tongues. I hear her giggling and I think “What is this? May she thinks this is funny or silly or something.” She’s praying in tongues for the first time in my life, and she says “I’ve always wanted to do this, and I’ve always…” Her father heard about it, a nice Presbyterian man, called me at work the next day…
Sid: You really impressed him.
Paul: I really impressed him. He said “What have you done to my daughter?” I thought “Uh-oh.” I knew enough about the gifts that not everybody believes this is for today. So he called me at work, I was working at a Chevy dealership in Bloomington, Indiana. He said “I need to meet with you at lunch time.” I thought “This is it I’m done, I’m finished, I’m cut-off.” So for lunch we don’t go to the usual burger joint, but he takes me to his house where’s got lunch all laid out on the table; it’s just me and him. I think “If he shoots me nobody will hear.” [Laughing]
Sid: [Laughing]
Paul: This is a well-insulated home. He says to me “You know what happened with… my daughter’s been telling me what happened.” I scanning my mind for what possibly could be coming. He said “You know what she got, I want that too.” So we never did eat our lunch. I laid hands on him; he sat there in his chair; he starts speaking in tongues, and a couple of weeks later he was supernaturally delivered from nicotine. He smoked cigarettes all of his life. I laid that as a foundation to say from that point on he would have a tongue and I would get the interpretation it was just one of those things God does, but not my wife. Now in the last…
Sid: So she’s picked up his mantle.
Paul: He went home to be with the Lord 3 years ago now. Isn’t that right dear?
Luanne: Four years.
Paul: Four years. Now over the last year or so it’s been more and more… I’ll be talking with Don Moen from Integrity Music on the phone. We’re driving along trying to get somewhere and she’ll grab my arm, digs her fingers in deep, you know those nails that are 18 inches long…
Sid: [Laughing] She doesn’t look like that type.
Paul: She doesn’t look like it.
Sid: Too bad we’re not on TV.
Paul: Well I’ll tell you all the secret stuff later. She digs her fingernails “I’ve got a word, I’ve got a word.” I’m thinking “Not now I’m driving the car, I’m on the cell phone this is Don Moen…”
Sid: I only have two arms.
Paul: That’s it! She doesn’t care. I said “Okay Don hold on.” I give her the phone and [speaking in tongues] off she goes. The interpretation… Don Moen is crying on phone saying 20 minutes ago I was sitting on my bed asking the Lord, and you just gave me the answer. Back to the man with cancer, we were sitting in a restaurant. We’d been riding our motorcycle enjoying a beautiful afternoon in Florida. We were sitting in a restaurant, my friend calls me and says “I’m going in for cancer treatment.” I told my wife she said “No” she starts speaking in tongues again. The interpretation comes “You’re going to be free from cancer, this is not unto death.” Two weeks later he calls me back up and says “Paul I went to the clinic in wherever it was, Milwaukee or something.” He said “I’m completely free of cancer.”
Sid: Now this watchmen anointing that you’re talking about right now, I think the difference between what you’re seeing and what has been in the past is it’s been only on a few people. Now it’s almost whosoever hungering for God.
Paul: That’s right. It’s the breakthrough time. God is pouring out… it’s as if I’ve seen in the Spirit Sid where God’s got this closet of garments and He’s distributing these garments these mantels. If you will, garments of praise, or mantels of the prophet that will see what others cannot see, and hear and know what the Lord is saying. Just like Yeshua said in John 5 “I only say what I hear My Father say.”
Sid: I’ve got to hear that selection from your CD called “The Watchman.” Would you pray just a very short prayer right now that the watchman anointing would fall on those that are listening to this CD?
Paul: Father I thank you that today in this hour, that those who are under the hearing of this broadcast. Lord that you are distributing garments of praise. Lord we declare that the Spirit of the watchmen is being breathed upon the believers who are listening to this broadcast right now. Receive the Spirit of the watchmen to hear and to see in Yeshua’s name.

Sid: Paul as you’re listening to that selection which you recorded live at John Hagee’s church. What was going on with the congregation when you were doing that live?
Paul: There were deep times of worship Sid that we may get to hear a little bit the rest of this week. There were very high places of praise. What was happening… it was so unusual to see ministers, I won’t tell you who they were, but you would know if I… on their knees one laid out flat on his face before the presence of God. Honoring the presence, we’re to be the people of His presence. As we were ministering these songs to the Lord, God was in the process of changing us, of molding us, and preparing us for the season that we are in right now. I believe that He was distributing ministries, and gifts and callings to us while we were there. The last words we heard on that song were “Blind eyes will see, and the captives go free.” In Miami, Florida just a couple of months ago, we were in service in a congregation that primarily doesn’t speak English. It’s a gypsy church, thousands of people and right in the midst of the praise the Lord said “I don’t want to hear about My power anymore, I want to demonstrate My power.” In that service Sid, blind eyes saw, deaf ears heard, and thousands saw it. It was an amazing amazing time. This anointing of the watchman brings revelation to hear…
