Sid: Well my guest if red hot for the Messiah, he’s in fact doing what a non-Jewish believer in Messiah according to the word of God is supposed to do. It says in Roman’s 11:11 “Salvation has come to the Gentile to provoke the Jew to jealousy.” And I have to tell you Dr. Dale Fife you are provoking me to jealousy. You started provoking me to jealousy before I even met you by way of telephone.
Dale: Hm.
Sid: And that’s when I got a hold of your book “The Secret Place.” Because there is a presence of God and I believe that what you said is true an angel accompanies every one of these books. Because this is the heart of God and we were talking on yesterday’s broadcast something that I understand and most of our Mishpochah understand but somehow when I read it in the book with the anointing on the book it just struck a chord within me that our purpose is not to do something for God. God doesn’t need us to do something for us as you said yesterday or in your book that “God did not create Adam because He needed a gardener in the garden of Eden,” He created Adam for fellowship. And you know in my logical mind I may know this but there’s something inside of me that says “I got to do something for God, I know it’s a free gift of God that I’m saved I understand all of this but something in my very nature says I got to be a human doer rather than just intimacy with God.” And the truth of the matter is 5 minutes of intimacy with God with a God idea birth that God causes to come to fruition will accomplish more in your life than a lifetime of doing works for God good works for God.” Tell me what the revelation that God showed you Dale in the Garden of Eden.
Dale: Well it was very clear to me Sid as God was speaking to me on one of my Enoch walks and talking to me about Enoch and the purpose of life. He was saying that “I created you to be a human being not a human doing.” I think that is our confusion we are constantly identifying and defining our life by what we do instead of who we are. When God created Adam and Eve He created them for intimacy with Him. In fact, the whole issue of salvation is being restored to intimacy it is our sin that separates us from God. But God is interested more in intimacy than just ridding us of sin it is the sin that keeps us from intimacy with Him. And the whole purpose of the plan of salvation of sending the Messiah is so that intimacy for which God created us in the first place could be restored. I remember one day God clearly saying to me that the purpose of my life is intimacy with Him. It’s not what I do it’s who I am and what God made me to be. In fact the Westminster Confession and our 4 Fathers in the faith spoke about the chief end of man is to worship God and to enjoy Him forever, to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever that’s the chief end of man. Even our forefathers understood that. So as God was speaking to me about this whole issue of intimacy He said “You know son the first the first place was the Garden of Eden and from that time until Jesus spoke about entering into the secret place and even made it possible I have wanted to call My people back to that place of intimacy with Me.” And so God didn’t really create Adam to be a gardener He created Adam his purpose was intimacy with God. His assignment was to care for the Garden to be fruitful and multiply. And so what we do we confuse our assignment with our purpose and so we begin to think my purpose is to be a teacher, my purpose is to own a business or to be a housewife. But that’s not our purpose that’s our assignment. And out of our assignment comes our provision. The Lord said to me one day He said “Son there’s a missing ingredient here, you need to understand your purpose and if you will come into the secret place and walk with Me in intimacy I will clarify your assignment. And the place of your assignment is the place of your provision. It is amazing that God said to Adam “Be fruitful and multiply and everything here in the garden you can eat of accept one tree and that tree is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.” And the mistake that Adam and Eve made was that they chose knowledge over intimacy. And the Lord clearly said to me one day “Son that’s the choice that people still have today, you can choose knowledge or you can choose intimacy.” And the Father’s heart cry is that we choose intimacy.
Sid: And isn’t our world system geared toward your PhD’s and your degrees in how much knowledge that you have. I mean the whole world is geared and pulling if you will away from which you just said.
Dale: That’s right the emphasis is on the intellect and I think that’s why there was such a hunger a few years ago for people to rush to the Eastern religions and meditation and yoga and all of these things because they were longing for something that they couldn’t identify. They were longing for the mystical reality that our, you know that the early fathers of the church understood as intimacy with God. In fact you know in the early church you know they retreated to the desert or into the monastery so that they could find the intimacy with God that they weren’t finding out in the world. And there’s a cry in our hearts there’s an empty space within us that cries out for God.
Sid: Is there a price to pay for intimacy with God?
Dale: There is a price and I believe one day clearly the Lord spoke to me about that price. He said “The price that you must pay to have intimacy with Me is waiting in My presence.”
Sid: But what if you wait and wait and wait and nothing happens?
Dale: (Laughing) Well let me say this, that those that seek the Lord with all of their heart will find Him. Jesus…
Sid: But it may not be the first time they wait or the second time they wait or the third time they wait and maybe showing what’s in your heart is you keep pursing.
Dale: I believe that’s right and also the fact that most people don’t know how to hear His voice. That God is speaking and their not listening they’re not able to hear because God speaks so often in pictures, rarely do we hear God’s voice, literally hear His voice. Most of the time if not the majority of the time God speaks to us through vision and dream in fact if you look at the scripture you find that so much of the scripture has to do with vision and dream and seeing the voice of God as the Old Testament seers prophetic seers did. I think the key here is to get into God’s presence and to begin to write what you see in the Spirit.
Sid: Okay, I need you to teach me right now. Tell me what I should do tomorrow morning for at least 1 hour. Give me an assignment.
Dale: I would first say I want you to find a place where you can be quiet and alone removed. Play some worship music because worship will usher you into the presence of God. And just worship and allow the Holy Spirit to cleanse you and if there are things on your mind that are a concern write them down on a notepad so that you won’t forget them and you can take care of them later. And then just say this simple prayer “Lord, I’m here what do You have to say to me?” And then wait and normally what happens for me, usually what happens for me is suddenly something will come into my mind a picture will be flashed onto the screen of my spirit so to speak in my mind and I will see something and it may not it probably not make any sense to me, none what so ever. In fact let me give you an example last night as I was walking with the Lord I was just sitting in my chair saying “God I’m here what do You have to say to me?” And immediately I saw a picture of a railroad track and as I said “Well this doesn’t make any sense.” I’m not thinking about railroad tracks or anything but I could see myself on the front of a locomotive looking down at the track and I could see the rail on the left and the rail on the right and the tie, the railroad ties and we were slowly moving ahead. And then I saw this and then I said “Lord what does this mean, what are you trying to say to me? And then the Holy Spirit began to instruct me what the vision meant. And then He said “The rail of the left is time and it’s linear and it’s beginning to move one and that which is behind you can’t recapture.” And the rail on the right is My will and it’s My that keeps you moving according to My purpose in time. And the railroad ties that connect the 2 rails are Kiros moments when My will intersects time and My purposes accomplished in history. So in an instant God was me an incredible… in fact Sid He was saying that “Tomorrow you’re going to be on the radio with Sid Roth and I’m showing you this vision because I want you to know that this is a Kiros moment. And I am releasing my call to intimacy to the Jew and this is no mistake this is a divine appointment because I am calling my chosen people back to intimacy with Me; and they need to have this message that I’ve given you in the Secret Place.”
Sid: And you know the anointing of God is getting so strong right now but I believe that there are many non-Jews that are going to receive that anointing because as I said earlier we need each other!
Dale: Hmm.
Sid: That’s the way God orchestrated it’s not one better than the other it’s only One better than the other His name is Jesus.
Dale: Hmm.
Sid: And you got revelations in your book on what God wants out of the church, you got revelations on the force of deception, the lake of fire. But I believe that anyone that reads this book is going to pickup that anointing that angel that accompanies it for intimacy with You it’s called “The Secret Place.”
