HAKEEM: You know we have all this enthusiasm and zeal but we lack the wisdom of the Lord! And when we talk about prophetic, we need – you know the prophetic is that “right now word,” that proceeding word but we need the wisdom of God.
KYNAN: Yes.
HAKEEM: And I believe that the seasoned generation, the fathering generation, the apostolic voice, is so key to the next generation really to bring forth longevity. You know?
KYNAN: Yeah! Yeah! Wow!
HAKEEM: And to bring such a balance. And I think there is a disconnect between the old and the new.
KYNAN: Yeah! You know we’re going to cut in just a minute for a break but one of the things that, and we’ll talk a little bit more about it in just a moment, but you talk about the prophetic, that prophetic presbytery.
HAKEEM: Yes.
KYNAN: That eldership.
NAIM: Yes.
KYNAN: You know you had Joshua and Caleb which were the old. They came out of Egypt. They saw miracles. They saw the signs and wonders. You have the new that didn’t know about that but you can’t conquer Jericho without the young generation!
HAKEEM: Come on! That’s right! That’s right!
KYNAN: And the young generation can’t conquer Jericho without Joshua and Caleb! When we come back we’re going to talk about the power of prophecy [music begins] and its ability to break through barriers in your life! Don’t go anywhere! Don’t touch that dial! We’ll be back in just a moment on “Something More!”
