Sid: I am so excited to be interviewing Hank Kunneman, we’ve had Hank on a number of times on the Messianic Vision and what is so wonderful is that he has prophesied on the air and these prophecies have come to pass. Now some of you that aren’t familiar with Hand, perhaps did not hear these prophecies, but Hank just as a matter of review, one of the things I find intriguing is God uses you in all types of prophecy but something that I’ve noticed, almost a pattern is you prophecy a lot having to do of weather. Why is that?
Hank: Well, first of all Sid It’s a great honor to be with you and the listeners today. One of the things I want to say before I answer that is that I always take it as an incredible responsibility; God says that He will not do anything in the earth unless He reveals His secrets to His servants, the prophets. And so you know we are just servants of God, God has a heart and a desire to communicate to men in this generation and people and so he’s always looking for those that will give a voice to His heart or give a voice to His words; and so I always consider it an honor that God would use people to communicate those things. And hopefully I have been one of those that the Lord has used, but I’ll tell you the Lord has been speaking a lot of things regarding weather. In fact in 2008 and 2009 the Spirit of the Lord began to really speak about weather around the world but really specifically even for the United States and He was saying that there would be a season of blizzards that would begin to come and we would really begin to see them even in 2010 and 2011 and it would be a sign to us of a cleansing that would take place. And He said that there would be impurities that would rise to the top first just like when you cleanse something, but he said the snow for example would be like in the days when David would cry out and said God wash me whiter than snow. And the reason why I say this is when God was speaking Jesus was speaking about the foundation He used elements to describe having the right foundation. He described wind and rain and floods and a lot of times people look at that in Matthew 7 and they say, see that’s judgment, that’s disaster. And yes, that is true but also we have to look whenever these things happen in the earth, sometimes yes it is disaster, it could be consequences for our action but it also represents sometimes what I call a redemptive plan. If you look at those same elements in Matthew 7 that Jesus spoke of they also are elements of revival. And look at what God used when He came in the day of Pentecost there was a sound of a mighty rushing wind. Whenever God came on the mountain to appear before Israel there was earthquakes, hail, thunder, lightning, wind and so I think the Lord is using some of these elements to reveal His redemptive plan and to show His redemptive purposes for the nations at this time.
Sid: Give me some specific prophecies that have come to pass, such as snow which is a symbol as you said of the purity of God.
Hank: In January of 2010 it was last year, I was at a man’s church, Bishop Harry Jackson in Washington, DC and the Spirit of the Lord was prophesying about Washington, He was talking about the legislation that would be signed, which we did see it signed of course it was the legislation regarding the marriage between man and man and woman and woman. And the Lord was saying, but watch what happens He said, in two weeks there will come a major blizzard that shall come to the city as a sign that I want to bring a cleansing over Washington, DC. And of course it happened right after I left, it was within the same time frame that the Lord said this major blizzard came into you know Washington, DC. But I think that one of the things that was really interesting and a lot of these prophecies that the Lord gives us it happens no only in public settings, conferences sometimes in my church services here at the church that I pastor in Omaha and the Lord said in one particular conference, He said watch me do something unusual to the United States. He said, I’m going to being a cleansing over the land and He said, I’m going to use snow and He said, watch Me touch all fifty states this year as a sign that I am cleansing the United States and this happened last year.
Sid: Well, you know you must have been a little afraid to bring that word because I mean that’s very specific. It normally doesn’t snow every year in fifty states!
Hank: Yeah, and the Lord said that it would happen around the same time and if you type it in on the internet and it says it and even this year it happened again. And so God is trying to get us through these elements to understand. Here’s what people do, they attribute every element as God’s judgment but sometimes like it was in the days of Elijah God’s not in the wind, God’s not in the fire, God’s not in the shaking but there are other times that He is. And so what we need is, that’s why it takes many different prophets who each have a piece to come together like in the book of Samuel and come down from the high place and bring the Word of the Lord because not everyone of us has the whole picture. You know when we’re together we have the whole picture, but separately we just have a piece. So I think of another example, it was in June of 2008 the Spirit of the Lord began to prophecy and He began to say, actually it was in 2007 He said, get ready 2008 in the mid-west is going to be, in fact I have the actual prophecy I would like to read it for you if you don’t mind.
Sid: Please.
Hank: This was in January 20, 2008 the Spirit of the Lord says look the sky for even now in this Spring in the months through April and June there will be a significant sign unto the United States. Many things will take place, but watch the storms, watch the tornadoes for they will be in places that they are normally are not found and then the Lord says watch when they come upon the land they will come with great fury. And then He began to give a call, He said I call those who are summoned as watchmen watchmen over the cities, watchmen over the nation to pray and do what Jesus did, speak to the storms. Now this was released in January 20th of 2008 and it seemed like where I was going around the nation different conferences the Spirit of the Lord was really warning about these tornadoes and one of the things that they said in the month of June God kept warning and said the month of June watch tornadoes in the Midwest and in certain parts of the United States. And at one point they set a record, there was like 192 tornadoes that took place in this one particular season there. But specifically for my city, Omaha in January I was meeting with pastors and the Spirit of the Lord began to warn them and said listen we need to pray because in the month of June in Omaha, Nebraska and this surrounding area there is going to be to specific tornadoes that will try to come into our city and into this area. And Sid, I would like to tell you what happened. I’ll never forget it, it was a Sunday was the first tornado it was coming right for our church and actually what happened and right for our church it dissipated and it wound up breaking it off. But then what happened three days later on a Wednesday night in June, we had such a oh, it was a horrific night, we were holding our midweek service and all of a sudden the clouds began to became very ominous they were black and they were ugly, you could tell there was something that was going to take place. The weather forecasters got on the television and they began to warn Omaha and they said, listen we have not seen these kind of clouds since the last time that Omaha was greatly hit and that was back in, you know 1975-76. And they began to warn this city, the sirens were going off there was huge hail stones that were coming down and just pounding the city. You could hear the sound of the winds and we were holding a church service, there was no place to meet, we didn’t know what to do. We couldn’t really go to safety there was no place for all the people so, you know those that wanted to find another place were allowed to but we stayed in the sanctuary not really having a choice as these tornadoes are coming. We put the weather forecast that was going on live that was going on the screen so people could prophecy. And we told people, we said we want some of you to prophecy to the television screens that are in the sanctuary, prophecy to the storms, the Lord said I want others who all they do is worship, so we had our music band playing and worshipping and you know decreeing and worshipping God. We had others praying as strong as they could in the Spirit. And it seemed like Sid, the more we prayed the worse it got, in fact fourteen tornadoes were spinning out of control in this area. And God warned us and said listen this was going to happen in the month of June. And so I felt like we were completely prepared but the problem was we weren’t seeing any breakthrough. We weren’t seeing any manifestation of these tornadoes disappearing and so we just kept prophesying and all of the sudden something just began to happen. The harder we prayed the worse it got but all of a sudden we got to this point that we began to really prophecy and really pray in the Spirit as strong and as loud as we could and all of their instruments were pounding but the surrounding, the things that were happening outside would seem like was louder than our music which was pretty loud. But all of a sudden there was a loud cracking noise and many of my people today that were there they said that it didn’t seem like it was thunder even though it had that kind of noise it sounded like something hit in the Spirit realm and as soon as that happened these tornados dissipated.
Sid: You know, you’ve had so many prophecies from the past that I wish we had time to cover them all in reference to the housing problem, in reference to what’s going on with the oil, and you have had prophecies about what is going to happen to President Obama shortly; and a number of them in which we will talk about in tomorrow’s broadcast.
